Harvest Apple & Freekeh Salad


HARVEST APPLE & FREEKEH dish:

This dish is that the excellent accompaniment to your next fall meal. dish greens lidded with Freekeh, apples, celery, inexperienced onions, apple drinkable dressing so besprent with dried cranberries and pecan items. to form this dish even additional delectable, attempt topping with candied pecan items.

2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. dried cranberries

Instructions:

1. Place dish greens on a serving platter or plate and put aside.
2. during a massive bowl, combine the Freekeh, apples, celery, and inexperienced onions together; put aside.
3. during a tiny bowl, whisk along the apple vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Slowly pour the the oil in whisking perpetually till well mixed.
5. Drizzle the Freekeh mixture with the dressing and toss to coat.
6. Place the Freekeh mixture on the bed of dish greens, sprinkle with dried cranberries and pecans and serve.
