HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHILLI MASALA:
1.Grind coriander, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, jeera, pepper corns and inexperienced chilly along.2.Make associate degree onion paste.
3.Wash the chicken and drain the surplus water.
4.Add the paste created out of the ingredients associate degreed one tsp oil to the washed chicken and permit it to infuse for [*fr1] an hour.
5.Heat oil during a pan.

8.Add the desired quantity of salt once the chicken is overdone and permit it to cook for a few of minutes to let the chicken absorb the salt.
9.The chicken is prepared to serve.
10.Note: don't shut the lid whereas the change of state the chicken and keep stirring it each five minutes so it doesn't persist with the pan.
